The first in our series of courses designed to help us all manage our stress effectively. The result: we flourish and achieve better wellbeing in our everyday lives.

In this course you will learn to take a step back, understand and appreciate your mind and body. Learn what makes you tick, where our sense of wellbeing comes from and how we can start to appreciate ourselves!

Each session ends with a guided meditation to help you press the pause button on your life and simply "be"

This course is designed to be completed over the course of eight weeks. We think this is the best way to benefit from our course but you can go as quickly or slowly as you wish
